A Bisexual flower can be defined as a flower that has both male and female sex organs.

Explanation:

  1. Though a flower is bisexual, the male and female gametes are produced from two different sex organs.
  2. Male gametes are produced from Androecium which includes anthers. The pollen mother cells in the anthers produce the male gametes called Pollen grains.
  3. Female gametes are produced from Gynoecium which includes Ovary, Style and Stigma. The ovary has ovules which houses the female gametes.
