You can draw a plot on graph paper or use a computer program like Excel to show the change of distance with time.
Generally, a graph is used to visually see the change in a relationship. They are very useful in many scientific disciplines. First, you need to decide what it is you want to “see”. In this case, given a time and a constant velocity, the only potentially interesting relationship is distance. With the formula for distance as a function of time and velocity you can construct the curve from time 0 to time 1hr at the constant velocity.
The simple construction would be to just plot the (0,0) point and the (1,37) point and then connect them to show the linear change of distance with respect to time at the constant velocity. Use of an appropriate scale for both axes will make the graph much more useful and interesting.
