We should test it.

For an even function: `f(x) = f(-x)`

`implies sin x - cos x = - sin x - cos x`

For an odd function: `f(x) = -f(-x)`

`implies sin x - cos x = -( -sin x - cos x) = sin x + cos x`

So this is neither :)
