You can't do that at the moment.
Explanation:
The team is currently working on some changes to the site, so the option to edit one's own questions has been removed for newcomers to the site.
The process can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, so there's really no way of telling when newcomers will be able to edit their own questions again.
Until then, your best bet when you post an incorrect question is to leave a comment about it or @mention me in the comments section and I'll swing by and edit the question for you.
