Well in fact there is not much we can say with regard to molecular structure or molecularity.

Explanation:

The starting compound can be either molecular or non-molecular, and the bonds can be entirely covalent. As an example consider diamond or buckminsterfullerene, #C_60#. The one is non-molecular; t'other is a molecular species.

The non-molecularity of the former rationalizes the physical properties of each substance. You will have to dig for these.
