... or Fleet Post Office, is basically a US Post Office for US troops that are stationed overseas.
As far as I know, an FPO is a military post office operated by the Coast Guard, Marine Corps, or Navy which allows US troops stationed overseas to send and receive mail to and from back home.
Now, my guess would be that the US has an FPO in the Gulf of Guinea, which is why you can see it on your impact map. I'm sure that the IP's that are used by the FPO belong to the US Department of Defense, so it's no surprise that it appears on our impact maps as a US location.
