I found $2.5$ volts but check my method!
Voltage is energy/charge or $\text{joule"/"coulomb}$ (basically equat to the energy carried by each charge of one coulomb).
${V}_{1} = \frac{12}{2} = 6$ volts
${V}_{2} = \frac{7}{2}$ volts
${V}_{1} - {V}_{2} = 6 - \frac{7}{2} = \frac{12 - 7}{2} = \frac{5}{2} = 2.5$ volts
