A circuit with a resistance of #3 Omega# has a fuse with a capacity of #4 A#. Can a voltage of #12 V# be applied to the circuit without blowing the fuse?

Current= voltage divided by Resistance 12/3=4 amperes..
Fuse will blow at 4 amps. This is a just rated amps for the fuse..It may not blow at rated amps but it is risky as any slight increase will blow fuse.
