A circuit with a resistance of #7 Omega# has a fuse melts at #6 A#. Can a voltage of #11 V# be applied to the circuit without blowing the fuse?

Actual current in circuit= voltage divided by Resistance=11/7=1.571 amps.
Fuse blow only at 6 amps. Here we get current only 1.571 amps.It is safe to apply voltage.
