Force of gravitational pull along inclined plane + force of friction = Total maximum force
If maximum mass pulled = $m k g$
Force of gravitational pull along inclined plane $= m g \sin \theta$
force of friction $= \mu m g \cos \theta$

$m g \sin \theta + \mu m g \cos \theta = 2500$

$m \times 9.8 \times \left(\sin \left(3 \frac{\pi}{8}\right) + \frac{1}{7} \times \cos \left(3 \frac{\pi}{8}\right)\right) = 2500$
$m = 274 k g$
