Can anyone explain Maslow's self actualization theory in simple terms and what qualities/traits would make a person self actualized?

Self-actualization is the need to be good, to be fully alive and to find meaning in life. To finally find one's true purpose.


How Maslow described self-actualization is a need to finally define, achieve and fulfill one's true purpose and to give more meaning to one's worth.

Compared to the previous needs, Which were quite achievable through hard work and interaction. These needs main purpose is surviving and staying alive.

Self-actualization needs main purpose is to live the life. To be remembered, to achieve one's optimum potential, to finally find the peek of contentment and happiness.

Self-actualization cannot be easily achieve, it required self-acceptance and experience based fulfillment.
