The layers will be arranged according to density.

Mercury has the greatest density so mercury will be on the bottom
Blood is a mixture of water, red and white blood cells, plasma, disosolved substances like sugar, fats, and proteins.
This mixture has a higher density than fresh water about 1.4 g/ml
compare to fresh water 1g/ml
Fresh water will be third with a density that is less than oil
Oil floats on water because its density is less than water

So the layers will be Mercury, Blood, Fresh Water, Oil
