It is in polar form. If you meant converting to rectangular form, that would be $(x^2+y^2)^{3/2}=x$ .

Multiply by $r$ to get

$r^3=r\cos(\theta)$ .

Then put in $r=(x^2+y^2)^{1/2}$ , $r\cos(\theta)=x$ .
