How do you factor `x^3 + x^2 + 14x - 24x`?

`x^3+x^2+color(red)(14x-24x)`
this was probably the tricky part,realizing it said 24`color(red)(x)` and not just 24

`=x^3+x^2-color(red)(10x)`

`=x(x^2+x-10)`

`=x(x-4)(x+5)`
