Switch around the x and y values:

$y = \log \left(x - 3\right)$

$x = \log \left(y - 3\right)$

${10}^{x} = y - 3$

$y = {10}^{x} + 3$

${f}^{-} 1 \left(x\right) = {10}^{x} + 3$
