In general, given two points $\left({x}_{1} , {y}_{1}\right)$ and $\left({x}_{2} , {y}_{2}\right)$ the slope is given by the formula
$m = \frac{{y}_{2} - {y}_{1}}{{x}_{2} - {x}_{1}}$

Taking $\left({x}_{1} , {y}_{1}\right) = \left(3 , 3\right)$
and $\left({x}_{2} , {y}_{2}\right) = \left(4 , 0\right)$
the slope is
$m = \frac{0 - 3}{4 - 3} = - 3$
