As a general case: #log_a(x)=log_b(x)/(log_b(a))#

So lets apply this approach

We can easily use #log_10# so this is the one I chose.

Set #color(white)("d") y = log_10(1-x)/log_10(3)#

Note that this becomes undefined at #x=1#

#log_10(1) = 0color(white)("d") -> color(white)("d")10^0=1#
