x of vertex:$\left(- \frac{b}{2} a\right) = - \frac{3}{2}$

y of vertex : $f \left(- \frac{3}{2}\right) = \frac{9}{4} - \frac{9}{2} - 5 = - \frac{9}{4} - \frac{20}{4} = - \frac{29}{4}$

x- intercepts;

$D = {d}^{2} = 9 + 20 = 29 \to d = \pm \sqrt{29}$

$x = - \frac{3}{2} \pm \frac{\sqrt{29}}{2}$
