How do you graph y> -1x+2?

You graph $y = - x + 2$, and then everything above the line is part of your solution.
To graph the line, take any two $x$'s and compute the $y$'s
$x = 0 \to y = 2 \to \left(0 , 2\right)$
$x = 2 \to y = 0 \to \left(2 , 0\right)$
(but you could have chosen any $x$'s)
