# How do you simplify root4(8)*root4(10)?

Oct 5, 2015

$2 \cdot \sqrt[4]{5}$.
We start with $\sqrt[4]{8} \cdot \sqrt[4]{10}$.
We multiply them to get $\sqrt[4]{80}$.
This can now be simplified into $\sqrt[4]{16} \cdot \sqrt[4]{5}$.
This is equal to $2 \cdot \sqrt[4]{5}$.
