$\frac{5}{8}$
$\sqrt{\frac{25}{64}} = \frac{\sqrt{25}}{\sqrt{64}}$
You will note that both 25 and and 64 are perfect squares - ${5}^{2}$ and ${8}^{2}$ respectively.
Therefore $\frac{\sqrt{25}}{\sqrt{64}} = \frac{5}{8}$
