Extract the largest squares from the terms of the square root argument and remove them from within the square root.

$36 = {6}^{2}$
${x}^{3} = \left({x}^{2}\right) \left(x\right)$

So
$\sqrt{36 {x}^{3}}$
$= \sqrt{{6}^{2} \cdot {x}^{2} \cdot x}$
$= \sqrt{{6}^{2}} \cdot \sqrt{{x}^{2}} \cdot \sqrt{x}$
$= 6 x \sqrt{x}$
