$t \le \frac{1}{2}$
$- 12 t \ge - 6$
Dived both side by $- 12$, when divisions with negative numbers, inequalities changes sign
$\therefore t \le \frac{- 6}{- 12}$
$\therefore t \le \frac{1}{2}$
