#x=[-b]/(2a)# gives the #x# coordinate for the line of symmetry

#x=[-6]/2=-3#

Now you know the graph is symmetrical around the line #x=-3# make a table to generate coordinates.

Use #x# values #1,0,-1,-2,-3,-4,-5,-6,-7# put these into the equation #y=x^2+6x-7#

When you get the coordinates it will create a #uu# shaped parabola as the #x^2# is positive and remember to join the points freehand not with a ruler.
