I found:
#2x-3y=-15#

In general the equation of a line can be written in the form:
#y=mx+c#
where:
#m# is the slope
#c# is the y-intercept.

In your case you have:
#y=2/3x+5#
or in standard form (rearranging):

#3y=2x+15# dealing with #3# in the denominator, and collecting:
#2x-3y=-15#
