Yes, light is an Electromagnetic wave.
Explanation:
Actually light exhibits dual nature characteristics .
Sometimes it behaves as particles and sometimes as wave.
The proof of its wave nature is given by various experiments such as Young's Double Slit Experiment (YDSE), Interference of light, Diffraction etc.
Also, the light wave transfers Energy and momentum from one space to another.
