Neither of your choices. Phencyclidine (PCP) is a dissociative drug.

Explanation:

It is also known as angel dust and Sernyl among others. Dissociatives are a class of hallucinogen, which distort perceptions of sight and sound and produce feelings of detachment - dissociation - from the environment and self. PCP was brought to market in the 1950s as an anesthetic pharmaceutical drug but was taken off the market in 1965 due to the high prevalence of dissociative hallucinogenic side effects.

Hope that helps! :-)
