Questions are getting changed? [Recent changes]

I've been seeing questions such as "Question #t1903" and things like that.

Is this a bug everyone's getting?

Start by giving this answer a read, it will provide some context.

Basically, what you're seeing now are questions that have been posted by users who did not agree to the Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.

As a result, the wording of the question was replaced with a tag similar to the one that you mentioned.

So now it's up to us to see if we can replace these tags and restore as many questions as we can. I will post some instructions on how to approach this problem a little later today.
