So,here change in momentum in between $t = 0$ to $t = \frac{7 \pi}{12}$ is,

m(v-u) =3{(sin (8*(7pi)/12) - sin 0 +cos (9*(7pi)/12)-cos 0}=3*(-0.83)=-2.5 Kg.ms^-1
