Pulmonary Hypoplasia is incomplete devlopement of lungs resulting in lesser no. of alveoli.
But this is not hereditary because this character is controlled by somatoplasm not germplasm and only the characters controlled by germplasm are heritable according to Theory of continuity of Germplasm by August weismen.
