Vertex: -5, -36

#y=x^2+10x-11#
#x^2=a# (#x^2=1^2=1#)
#10x=b#
#-11=c#

#(-b)/(2a)#

#(-10)/(2*1)#

#=(-10)/2#

Plug in the axis of symmetry #(x)# and you will get #-36#.
(#-5, -36)# would be that coordinates and the vertex of the graph.
