Explanation:

In general way, we use future simple tense that we are going to do something.
I will write the essay tomorrow. Simple future.
I will be writing the essay tomorrow. Simple future continuous.
I will have written the essay tomorrow. Future perfect
I will have been writing the essay tomorrow. Future perfect continuous.

However, what I give you the examples that all are basic level issues. But these are not all. An inquisitive learners should take further lessons by a good grammar book, like I prefer Raymond Murphy ( basic--intermediate-advanced)where we can find in details.
