There is no difference between the Rutherford-Bohr model and the Bohr model.
Explanation:
The Rutherford-Bohr model is simply a different name for the Bohr model.
Rutherford had proposed a nuclear model with electrons orbiting about the nucleus.
Some scientists use the longer name because Bohr added the idea of quantized energy levels to the electron orbits in the Rutherford model.
