Hubble space telescope is operating in earth orbit..It observe all phenomenon in space except Sun.
Explanation:
It is observing in visible light, infra red light most of the objects galaxies, stars.planets comets etc.As it is above Earths atmosphere clouds does not disturb it. Recently Hubble have detected the most far away galaxy which is 13.4 billion LY away.
