Vitamin A and Beta Carotene
Explanation:
Carrots contain a reasonable amount of vitamin A and beta carotene (which is used to make vitamin A in the body - it also gives carrots their lovely colour!).
As vitamin A helps your eyes convert light into signals for the brain and keeps the cornea (the transparent layer on the front of your eye) and mucous membranes healthy, eating a food rich in it will therefore be good for your eyes!
Hope this helps; let me know if I can do anything else:)
