The good fats come from food like avocadoes, salmon, mackerel, sardines, lake trout, flaxseeds, chia seeds, hempseeds etc. And all of these contain Omega-3 fats which are very good for your brain and your body. Seeds that have good fats are proven to lower your cholesterol
