Regular polygon: polygon with any number of sides but all sides must be equal in length and all interior angles must have equal measure.

Explanation:

Sets of all quadrilateral and all regular polygons are two different sets of geometric objects, both are subsets of a set of all polygons.

These two sets have common elements - squares, because all squares are, at the same time, quadrilaterals and regular polygons.
There is no other common elements between these two sets.
