It forms salt as cation but also as anion $S b {\left(O H\right)}_{4}^{-}$ or $S b {\left(O H\right)}_{6}^{-}$.

Also Bismuth may be $B {i}^{3 +}$ but also $B i {O}_{2}^{-}$ or $B i {O}_{3}^{-}$
