No, the nervous system and the skeletal system will not survive.
Explanation:
Without the muscular system, the heart is not going to pump blood and the rib muscles are not going to contract to facilitate respiration function which is essential to making the body live. This is why the disease called Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis or Lou Gehrig's disease is highly fatal because it attacks the nerve cells of the muscular system.
