A solution is a homogeneous mixture of two or more substances.
There are many types of solutions.

• Blood — oxygen and carbon dioxide are essential components of blood chemistry.

• Vinegar — acetic acid in water.

• Maple syrup — sugar in water
• Brine — salt in water.
