Graph is a set of points on a plane with Cartesian coordinates (x,y) that satisfy certain condition (like an equation, or an inequality).
In our case the condition is x> -4 with no restrictions for y. That means that any point with Cartesian coordinates (x,y), where x> -4 and any y would be a part of this graph. This is not a curve on a plane, but an entire area.
Draw a vertical line through point x= -4 on the X-axis. All points of a plane that lie on this line satisfy the condition x= -4. All points of the plane to the left of this line satisfy the inequality x< -4 and, finally, all points to the right of this line satisfy the inequality x> -4. This latter set represents a graph we need.
