The result is #y > x/2-3#.

The procedure is the following:
First, you can divide both member of the inequality by 2, thus obtaining: #x-2y < 6#
Then, you proceed to isolate the "y":
#x-2y < 6 => x < 2y+6 => 2y > x-6 => y > x/2-3#
