Since the integers are consecutive, the difference between the 1st and 2nd integer is 1, and the difference between the 2nd and the 3rd integer is 1.
Let the first interger be #x#.
Let the second interger be #x+1#
Let the third interger be #x+2#.
.
The sum of the 3 integers would be:

#x+x+1+x+2=96#
#3x+3=96#
#3x=96-3=93#
#x=93/3=31#
#x+1=31+1=32#
#x+2=31+2=33#

1st integer: 31
2nd integer:32
3rd integer:33

#31+32+33=96#
