How did Bohr change Rutherford's model of the atom?

Bohr added Energy Levels.

Rutherford determined that the atom consisted of a nucleus by using the Rutherford Experiment.

Bohr added Energy levels in terms of electrons orbitting the nucleus at certain distances.(Energy Levels) More specifically he did it for Hydrogen and his equations failed for other atoms.

Schrodinger then described the energy levels of all other atoms using complex mathematical equations. Which I, a Second Year Chemist don't even know fully.
