#x-2y>=4#

Solve for y.

Subtract x from both sides.

#-2y>=-x-4#

Multiply both sides by -2.

#y<=x/2+2#

Determine two points on the line.

If #x=0, y=0/2+2=0+2=2# Point=#(0,2)#
If #x=4, y=4/2+2=2+2=4# Point=#(4,4)#

Plot the points and draw a straight line through the points. Then shade in the area below the line.
graph{y<=x/2+2 [-10, 10, -5, 5]}
