Flip the inequality to get w on the left side.

#5(w+3)> -25#

Distribute the 5.

#5w+15> -25#

Subtract 15 from both sides.

#5w+15-15> -25-15# =

#5w> -40#

Divide both sides by 5.

#(5w)/(5)> -40/5# =
