`y=5x^2-2x+4`

Its vertex is at x = `(-b)/(2a)=(-(-2))/(2 xx 5)=2/10=1/5=0.2`

At `x = 0.2` ; `y = 5 xx (0.2)^2 - 2 (0.2) + 4 =3.8`

Take a few points in either side of `x = 0.2`
