Is a cell able to survive without nucleus?

Yes, but not any cell.

Explanation:

RBCs, for example, don't have a nucleus but they are completely functional. But this is not the case in any cell. Some cells do survive but the majority die when the nucleus is severely damaged.

Yes and no.

Explanation:

There are cells that live without nucleus (RBCs for example) and it's related to the function of the cell.

However, if you take a cell with nucleus and remove it, cell won't live.
