How do you simplify `4 sqrt x^2`?

`4sqrt(x^2) = 4|x|`

Since the x under the root is a square, it can come out. But since everything that comes out of a root must be 0 or positive, the absolute value bar must be there.

If we know that `x >= 0` you can ditch the bar.
