almost all of them if you do not stain.

Explanation:

if you are staining the cells then you can distiguish various organelles like nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplast, golgi apparatus, etc..

why is it so is because of the fact you are not able to distinguish them because of almost same refractive index in the cell organelle.
